“Oh Baby its cold outside”
Being from Norway you’d think I’ll be well able for this cold spell . . . .
. . . well, not at all, or at least not without copious amounts of tea to keep me warm. This is no ordinary tea though, mine have a secret ingredient – cinnamon – you have to try it!
In ordinary black tea, wether you use leafs or a bag in the cup, give a good dollop of cinnamon before you add your tea & boiling water. It will give you that extra warming feeling, an exotic taste & because it’s a natural sweetener it’s a pure joy . . . especially if you’ve given up sugar.
Cinnamon has a bunch of other benefits too. Like it’s super high antioxidant level and it’s anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties, apparently it’s even helpful if you want to lose weight!
Cinnamon tea is chock full of good things – for your body, your mind, and even for romance. . . especially when its cold outside.
So there you go, spice it up with cinnamon & you’ll be able to handle this cold spell like a true Norwegian.
